Strength, alignment, and movement from the ground up
Katie’s work is built on a simple idea: when your feet become stronger, more flexible, and properly aligned, everything above them works better — posture, balance, movement, and even how the body looks and feels over time.
Her background spans multiple movement disciplines including yoga, tai chi, pilates, ballet, sports training, and physical-therapy–based movement. Through years of training and coaching, she began focusing specifically on foot strength, toe mobility, arch development, and alignment, realizing that most people neglect the foundation of the body.
Katie has worked with Olympic athletes, dancers, sports players, long-distance triathletes, and climbers, helping them improve foot strength, stability, balance, and movement efficiency. Over time, this evolved into what she now calls the Foot Maxing and Foot Fitness Pro approach — improving not only how feet function, but also how they align, move, and look.
Foot Fitness Pro focuses on strengthening the foot from the inside through mobility, toe alignment, arch strength, balance, and foot training routines that restore natural movement rather than relying on external supports like orthotics.
Outside of foot training, Katie also creates large minimalist canvas art inspired by balance, structure, and clean form — the same principles that influence her approach to movement and alignment.
