About Katie
Movement, alignment, and strength from the ground up.
Katie’s work focuses on strengthening and aligning the foundation of the body — the feet.
With a background in yoga, tai chi, pilates, ballet, sports training, and physical therapy–based movement, she developed programs that improve toe alignment, arch strength, foot mobility, balance, and movement from the ground up.
She has worked with Olympic athletes, dancers, climbers, and endurance athletes, helping them improve foot strength, stability, and movement efficiency. This evolved into the Foot Maxing and Foot Fitness Pro approach — improving how feet function, align, move, and look over time.
Her goal is simple: build strong, aligned feet that support the entire body.
